What You’ll Take Away:

You can expect to gain a new mindset regarding your work as an essential part of living out your faith, leadership skills to equip you on your journey as a founder or professional, and a community of like-minded Christian professionals working to create Kingdom culture around East Africa.

Time Commitment:

Our program takes place over three months. It includes weekly 2-hour video conferences with your cohort and requires 2-3 hours per week to complete projects & assignments.

Note: Hybrid classes will be on Wednesday evenings while Virtual class sessions will be on Thursday evenings 

Individualized Learning:

Cohorts are 12-15 people in size, allowing individual attention for every participant.

Kingdom Framework:

We start with grounding ourselves in God’s word, our identities as sons and daughters and therefore kings and queens in God’s Kingdom, and God’s plan for our work to be part of building His Kingdom.

Project-Based Learning:

Learn skills such as Human Centered Design, leadership influence strategies, and pitching & storytelling using projects applied directly at your place of work.

Fun and Engaging Sessions:

Just because it’s online doesn’t mean it’s not engaging! Expect to laugh together and build lasting relationships with your cohort and facilitators.
