Eligibility

• 25-35 years old

• Interested in participating in a Christian program

• In-person or Hybrid options: Resident of Uganda or Kenya

• Virtual option: We will prioritize residents of Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Tanzania, or Burundi

• Proficient in reading, writing, listening, and speaking English

• Ability to participate in 2-hour sessions weekly and spend 2-3 hours weekly on projects and assignments

Application Process Overview

3. Some applicants will be invited for an interview.

4. We will notify you of the results of your application.

Program Cost

The cost of the program is Ksh 25,000 / Ugx 650,000

The cost is inclusive of all program fees including group sessions and facilitators, program materials, individual coaching hours, and mentorship opportunities. It also includes the cost of the in-person retreat if you participate in the physical or hybrid class.

Deposit: A Ksh 5,000 / Ugx 130,000 deposit will be due upon your acceptance into the program to confirm your enrollment.

Payment Plans: Tuition can be paid in monthly installments during the 3 months of the program.

Scholarships

Under exceptional circumstances, scholarships may be awarded based on financial need.

All scholarships awarded are partial scholarships. It is expected that every participant contributes to the best of their ability.

You can apply for scholarship by filling out the additional financial aid application. A copy of the questions can be found here.

Please note, even if you receive a partial scholarship, every participant is required to pay a deposit to secure their place in the program.
