It’s also incredibly lonely.

If what you’re looking for is a real sense of purpose, this community is for you.

We are one of the only leadership networks incorporating both faith and leadership. We desire to bring true transformation to East Africa. We’re done with leaders who know how to “talk the talk”, but when it comes time to walk the walk, nothing changes.

What if we could be the change?

What our community is like:

Change starts when you experience our transformational culture.

Core Values

〰️

Core Values 〰️

Vulnerability

Commonly, “leadership networks” produce even more anxiety than before you joined, because you feel like you constantly need to prove yourself to the others.

Our superpower is being a safe space for you to finally be yourself. Where you can sigh that sigh of relief because you know others are not there to judge you. There is a really special culture of genuine love and belonging in our community.

Delight

We also don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Because there’s something radical about joy. It sets us free, it heals us, it shows us how to think and dream differently.

So we have a lot of fun in our community.
We even invented our own holiday. Seriously. But you can only join in if you join us ;)

You, in the future:

By joining Oaks + Crown, you will become a different person. Your leadership will be transformed, because you as an individual will have been transformed. You’ll dream with bigger vision, you’ll carry presence when you enter a room, you’ll lead with more confidence, and you’ll have an indescribable depth to your spirit.

Plus you’ll be part of an incredible community and movement of similar leaders, working in unity to bring forth Kingdom transformation to society: a more flourishing economy, more well-being in our communities, accountable and wise governments, more opportunity, freedom, and joy experienced everywhere.

Don’t you want that?
